Here at Krav Maga Stourbridge our mission is to create a safe and positive atmosphere, where you can learn genuine Krav Maga in a friendly class environment alongside like-minded motivated people.

Our intent is simple; to provide high quality, professional Krav Maga instruction in Stourbridge to enable and support our students attain their personal goals.  The Krav Maga Stourbridge training ethos focuses on taking the take time to understand your goals and coaching you towards achieving them.

Krav Maga has many more benefits than just studying an effective self-defence system. For many, it is as much about a healthier lifestyle and improved self-confidence as it is about practical self-defence.

This is okay with us; the benefits of Krav Maga can be quite remarkable and for some even life-changing, all we ask from you is the commitment to train hard to achieve your goals.

Previous experience is not a barrier to entry either.  You will start off learning the basic movements, strikes and defences against common attacks progressing to the more advanced techniques as you gain experience and confidence.

You will train to perform better under stress and to recognise threats through situational awareness training so that you can avoid them wherever possible.  More advanced students will train to deal with more complex scenarios including multiple threat, weapons and ground-fighting techniques.

You should not be put off joining our lessons if you’re training on your own either, because our classes are fully immersive and inclusive by nature, so you will meet new people and soon make new friends.
