I have been training with Chris at Wolverhampton Krav Maga for a good while now and always look forward to Tuesday’s and Thursdays.
Krav Maga not only provides a basis for effective self-defence but the cardio based fitness sections of the lesson are great and give me a real workout, since going here my fitness levels have improved dramatically.
Chris makes learning great fun but also keeps lessons focused on getting his message over.
The other students are a genuinely great bunch and there are definitely no egos here so joining a class at any level is easy and welcoming.
As I said I really do look forward to lessons and I would 100% recommend giving this school a try whatever your age, fitness level or ability…….…you won’t regret it.
